Refund and Return Policy

At Novelty Genius, we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction matters to us, and If you are not 100% satisfied with your Novelty Genius purchase, return it within 90 days for a replacement, store credit, or refund of your purchase price (less Shipping & Handling). 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description or photo of the issue so we can make it right.

General Returns

Because our products are apparel and custom-printed, we do not accept returns of used, worn, or washed items. All returned products must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

We understand that unique situations can arise, and it’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, reach out to us — we’ll review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a solution.
